Solar Halo on Mother’s Day.

Hello everyone and post happy Mothers Day to all the photography moms that are out there, as well as mom bloggers and those who appreciate the art of photography also. I took these pictures while doing a drone flight drill near my sister’s home to celebrate, ands for some incredible reason, I noticed that the sun had a halo effect which was incredible to take a picture.

A halo is a ring or light that forms around the sun or moon as either one of them, refracts off ice crystals present in a thin veil of cirrus clouds, so it’s usually seen as a bright , white ring although it may have another kind of colors. I understand that I have taken different moon halo pictures, but a solar, let’s say is my first time.

I know that they are commonly seen, but with all our everyday environment, sometimes we just don’t take notice of these kind of events that nature brings us to enjoy.
