Since 2010, and an abscence of two years, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the idea of having different art galleries around the area, as well as different live performances by different bands and local performers, had revived the street that was once, the legendary street that once was the home of important record labels and offices of the salsa genre, including the Fania records. after years of neglecting the street with the closing of those labels and offices, entrepreneurs brought the street back into life and specially with this project, which brings a wonderful aura of art, merchants, music, and gastronomic features.
