Decided to take a stroll on the Tren Urbano or Metro train , that is located on the metropolitan area of the island, due to some chores that I need to do , so the train was my best option for it.
I decided to take during the non rush hours , so I could take some pictures and a video as well on my YouTube channel, and the best thing is that , the empty stations are a nice environment to take some nice pictures, so took a few of them and share them with you.
This transit system began on December 19th , 2004 , with a ridership of 2.453,100 and with 10.7 miles and 16 stations giving support, this has been the Caribbean`s first rapid transit system and it is the best one to take you to all events related to the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, aka Choliseo, or José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.
I think in my personal opinion, that it needs a little more maintenance on some of the stations, as well as cleaning outside the wagons, and to foment the return of having different events like they did a few years ago like mini concerts or even festivities.
